The label is no longer merely informative. It has developed into a highly creative and strategic marketing tool, where the packing is used as a vehicle for an attractive and image-creating design. Today's labels must sell, profile and inform. Apart from this there are many technical considerations which demand that labels must be able to be affixed automatically and that they must be able to withstand multifarious influences such as frost, chemical substances, mechanical wear and tear, sunlight and much more.
Together with our customers we design solutions which tailor the product to their exact wishes and requirements. In co-operation with the customer, our suppliers and others we assemble a "team of experts" which ensures an optimal solution, both technically and with regard to design, and problem-free labelling for the customer.
The selection of adhesives, raw materials ( paper, foil/artificial materials etc.) colours, die and printing method, is never routine - it is a daily challenge.
Production
In our various printing sections you will find modern printing machines which can undertake even the most demanding jobs. Together with our sales department we will find a solution which is both profitable and technically compatible with your printing requirements.
Offset/Combination Printing
Printing in offset with UV colour is the most precise printing method on the market. Here we can simultaneously combine offset, flexo, serigraphy and hot foil printing methods. In all, up to nine colours. It is here where we print beautiful pictures with difficult raster graduation and, with a print-speed of up to three times faster than book/flexo printing, we can also undertake large print runs at competitive prices.
Flexo/Combination Printing
We can offer flexo printing in both environmentally friendly, water-based colours and in UV colours. We can, at the same time, combine the UV flexo, serigraphy and hot foil printing methods. Quick switching from variant to variant make this printing method an attractive choice for many jobs. Printing blocks are made using the latest digital technology, which means we can print high quality pictures and raster graduations, far beyond expectations.
Silk-Screen (Serigraphy)
Does the label have to be able to withstand acid, oil, spirit and the like? Will it be used outside where it will be exposed to sunlight, frost, heat etc.? Should it be in non-transparent colours, for example in the case of bottles made in clear glass with contents of different colours? Or is it just a question of an attractive label for cosmetics, spirits etc.? - The solution here is Serigraphy. We print on all types of foil in semi-rotation, which gives a print result second to none. You can also use hot foil for that exclusive look!
Security Department
Labels for such areas as: The pharmaceutical industry. As a factory within a factory our security department can undertake the production of labels, behind locked doors.
Here, there are special demands for security, control, documentation and not least inspection of the labels which our customers expect to be controlled and found 100% perfect. We have the very best production and control equipment at our disposal and this, together with our well trained staff, ensures that there are no faults on the labels. All labels are subjected to critical quality-control before being despatched to the customer. To ensure 100% quality we have Vision-control. This means that all labels are "photographed" and compared with an original/master label. In this way we are able to guarantee that all labels are free from blemishes or any other faults or deficiencies. In this connection we can also offer numbering on both facing and backing paper.

In our security department we work in accordance with GMP-regulations and in accordance with well-defined procedures and instructions contained in the ISO 9001:2000 quality-control system.
Pre-press/original
Part of our strength lies in the fast and sure processing of repro-material which is, today, often in the form of electronic media. In our own prepress department we operate with Macintosh and all the other well known programmes such as:

• Art Pro
The customer can send a CD or other electronic media, such as JAZ, MO230, SyQuest, or ZIP. We are able to receive via ISDN, ftp-server or e-mail.
If the artwork is larger than 5 mb, we recommend using a CD or ftp-server.

When we have processed the job, a proof is always sent to the customer. Today, many of our customers prefer this. Proofs is often sent as a pdf file, via e-mail.
Where orders include 4-colour picture print, an artificially produced testprint will be sent to the customer to give a precise view of how the finished print will look.
