We have committed ourselves to Pharmaceutical Labelling for more than 30 years. Our experienced team have developed and produced self-adhesive labels and labelling systems to meet the most diverse and complex needs in the pharmaceutical industry.
Our close connection to customers and focus on end-user needs have created a range of special labels and labelling applications.
The product range covers conventional pharmaceutical labels, special developments like hanger labels and leaflet labels, variable data printing and labelling systems. All according to pharmaceutical standards for security control.
• Hanger Labels for infusion bottles
The hanging device is incorporated in the label. A specially constructed material, special production process and label design form a label that complies with the International Standard Test DIN 58-369. The hanger label is made of polypropylene (PP). No toxic effects when burned. The labels are available for bottles from 50 to 500 ml.
Hanger labels can include one or more tear-off parts for use on documentation and identification of syringes etc.
Hanger labels will give increased packaging speed by applying the integrated label solution in standard labelling equipment. Cost saving in both packaging and production.
• Labels with tear-off parts
The labels contain one or more removable parts for use on documentation in journals or as identification of syringes etc. The labels are available on vials from 8 to 500 ml glasses.
• Conventional pharmaceutical labels
All kind of self-adhesive labels on roll, also suitable for in-line and off-line printing. Back numbered labels are available in all formats. Label material in paper or synthetics.
• Special developments
Your specification together with our experience is a basis for practical applications.
Production
Production facilities and equipment are specialised for the pharmaceutical industry. We control the complete production process in house. We have standardised our printing presses with belonging platemaking equipment on rotary letterpress in combination with screen.
Inspection and finishing equipment with the latest innovations in camera control.
